QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current CPR certification is required.
- Providing help to residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Helping residents with positioning, turning, etc.
- Lifting and/or transporting residents
- Answering all resident calls in a timely manner
- Observing, reporting and responding to changes in resident conditions
- Attending required in-services and educational events
- Assisting residents with daily meals and feeding

DHCE is seeking an entry-mid level administrative assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Uploading and faxing orders daily,
- Input data in charts as needed to assist field staff and internal staff
- Call Doctor's offices, hospitals as needed
- Perform daily welcome calls to new patients
- Upload patient specific documents as needed
- Upload documents for intake as needed
- Distribute/organize incoming faxes
- Answering phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality of agency records
- Ability to multi-task and keep track of several documents at once
- Must be proficient in excel and basic software packages.
- Must be a self starter and work with little direction.
